Please READ carefully. These Terms of Use form the agreement between Imprint House Pty Ltd (ABN 21 607 348 854) (“Company", “we”, “Natalie Walton”, "School", or “us”) and You (“Client” or “You”).

By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.


2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
  2. modify or copy the materials;
  3. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  4. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
  5. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  6. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
  7. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Company at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

The materials on the School’s website are provided 'as is'. The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.



4. Limitations

In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorized of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.



5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.



6. Links

The School has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the School of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.



7. Site Terms of Use Modifications

The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.



8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.



9. Fees and Refunds

Fees for Courses are set forth on the Website. We reserve the right to change Course Fees at any time.

Refunds. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the Course. We offer a 30-day refund period for purchases of Courses. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision for you or your business, within 30 days of enrollment, contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 GMT. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 30th day, you will not be granted a refund. All refunds are discretionary as determined by Natalie Walton.

We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, and attach the required complete coursework as outlined above, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

Recurring Payments. If you have signed up for a payment plan, you hereby authorise our continued access to your financial information stored by our third party financial processing company referenced in this Agreement until your payment plan is complete, as set forth in your acceptance of the purchase terms upon checkout.


10. Intellectual Property

All text, images, videos, designs, graphics, page layout, icons, are owned by and the property of Natalie Walton or the properly of an attributed party. It is a violation of federal law to use any of our intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on provided in the Course is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should we choose to do so, including seeking financial penalties (damages) and/or an injunction forcing you to stop using our intellectual property immediately.

You may:

Access the Course for your individual or small team use

Download and/or print any Course materials for your individual use in your business

You may not:

Re-sell or trade your access to the Course;

Share the Course with anyone else who has not yet purchased it or opted to receive it;

Reprint any portion of the Course, except as set forth above and for your own individual use;

Republish any of the Course, in part or in whole;

Distribute any of the materials contained in the Course or related materials and/or communications as your own;

Reproduce and alter any part or whole of the Course for distribution as your own work;

Claim ownership or use over any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent, which includes (but is not limited to): copyrights such as course materials, worksheets, workbooks, lessons, videos and more; trademarks such as names, logos, tag-lines or other unique source identifiers; or trade dress including the look and feel of the Course (and its related communications and materials);

Use our Course or any related materials and/or communications in an unlawful way or for any illegal or unlawful purpose(s).

Request for Permission to Use Content. If you wish to use, publish or refer to any of our content, Course(s) or related materials, you must do so by requesting permission prior to commencing use of the same by email us at [email protected]. Permission is not granted until you receive such permission in writing.



11. General conditions

* Due to the limited size of the classes, courses and workshops are non-refundable, unless meeting the criteria listed above.

* By enrolling in this course, you agree that your work and feedback may be shared within the course notes and for marketing purposes, such as on Instagram. Please notify us if you wish to remain anonymous, or do not want your comments or work shared. 

* ONE student ONLY per enrolment.
